Among some of the fossil casts coming my way through the 1980s was a skull of the sauropod dinosaur Camarasaurus, from paleontolohist James H. Madson’s DINOLab in Salt Lake City, and, from Mary Odano’s company Valley Anatomical Preparations in Canoga Park, CA, a Tyrannosaurus foot (to go with the skull, natually) and a Mastodon skull (minus tusks).
