Dinamation International, now extinct., was a company based in Irvine, California that sold and rented life-sized animatronic figures of dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals to museums, trade shows and other venues. At first, the company leased figures made in Japan by a company called Kokoro, then went into production on its own mechanical figures under the direction of well-known paleontologists. Some of Dinamation’s creatures are shown in the postcards displayed here.
