Mom Meets Monsters

My Mom was the first person to explain what a fossil was to me, when, as a young child, I asked her about the piece of petrified wood included in a small rock collection that had been given to me. She never discouraged me from my ever-growing  interest in things prehistoric. These photos were taken in July, 1997, during one of her visits to my then still uncrowded “museum” and “dinosaur park.”
