Ceramic figures from the early 1950s, hand-made dinosaurs with eggs and Jurassic Park  metal figures. The ceramics were usually sold in museum gift shops. The two dinosaurs with their eggs were hand-made from clay. The ceramic woolly mammoth made in the former USSR, was based on actual cave art painted by prehistoric artists.  (1970s).

The above four ceramic figures were based on illustrations by Frederick E. Seyfarth in the book Animals of Yesterday (1941) by Bertha Morris Parker, text and artwork included in The Golden Treasury of Natural History (1952).
