“The Tinest Giants” was a traveling exhibition from the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County showcasing the spectacular collection of titanosaurian skeletal remains and eggshells that had recently been discovered by Luis M. Chiappe and colleagues in Patagonia, Argentina. In conjunction with the exhibition the museum had produced and sold these vinyl life-size South American titanosaur hatchling models. Two popular books were published about the spectacular discovery.
