As a kid, hungry for more non-fiction books, stories and comic books about prehistoric life but not having that hunger satisfied, I began — at about the age of nine — writing and illustrating some of my own. I produced a lot of these writings and drawings as a kid, naively believing (but with lots of hope) that my amateur scribblings might actually get published! Here is just a small sampling of what I wrote and drew those many decades ago.
