Before motion pictures learned to roar, there were silent films with prehistoric themes. The photo (bottom right, shown here from The Three Ages is from my collection of movie-still photos; in the case of the Ceratosaurus with cavemen from Brute Force. the Triceratops from Fig Leaves and the Brontosaurus from The Three Ages, the images were printed from a frame from my copy of the actual films.
