Stored away in my Museum are scrapbooks compiled by me over well over half a century, preserving newspaper clippings, magazine articles, interviews, movie and product advertisements and other items about things prehistoric that I pasted or taped on their now-brittle pages, including newspaper comic strip — not so much well-known titles like Alley Oop, B.C., Calvin and Hobbes, Russ Maning’s Tarzan and The Flintstones, but rather those not generally known for such subject matter, some very obscure or even forgotten today. These are just a few examples of some of those comic strips. Sadly, the very old ones are in extremely fragile, deteriorating and even crumbling condition.
